In this exciting position, you will be a part of a team supporting the projects currently underway in the organisation which will see you as a valued member supporting the OHS management team in a range of matters.

This opportunity is a full-time temporary position starting immediately for an initial 4-week position, offering flexible hours and a hybrid work model, with the office based in Dandenong.

This opportunity is a full-time temporary position starting immediately for an initial 4-week position, offering flexible hours and a hybrid work model, with the office based in Dandenong.
This position will see you reporting to the Manager Safety Governance and Assurance and being responsible for:
- Input highly sensitive and complex information into a range of computer systems.
- Maintain and build excellent relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Follow up and maintain actions on current OHS matters in registers as needed.
- Support the wider OHS team with any additional ad-hoc duties.
- General OHS administration functions.
What you'll need to succeed
- High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience working in an OHS coordinator/generalist position.
- A solution focus and good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- High level of corporate administration experience.
- Ability to commence immediately.
