Your new company
Hays is currently partnering with a global provider who specialises in providing advanced solutions for industries like mining, engineering, and automation.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, the responsibilities and duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:
Deliver Workplace Health and Safety training, including take 5, inspections, and investigations.
Update training materials and ensure compliance with regulations.
Achieve KPIs through safety interactions and inspections.
Conduct toolbox talks and random drug and alcohol testing.
Investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.
Manage workplace injuries and develop emergency response plans.
Collaborate with management to address training needs and promote hazard awareness.
What you will need to succeed
Experience in Health and Safety (manufacturing preferred).
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Relevant WHS qualifications.
3 years in a similar role.
Willingness to travel.
