This is a stand-alone role looking after all things Work Health & Safety & Workers Compensation, sitting with the HR team.

Your new role
Will be to oversee and enhance the Work Health and Safety (WH&S) framework including physical and psychological safety at work, injury management, return to work, workers' compensation case management, and overall wellbeing of staff. This includes development and implementation of comprehensive safety and wellbeing strategies that align with the organisation's goals and comply with relevant legislative requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally:
Hold a relevant qualification
Have significant experience in Work, Health & Safety and have the ability to work in a stand-alone role
