Lead by a passionate and results oriented team, this approach has seen many successful projects across rail, earth moving aerospace and timber industries. This busy office is seeking an experienced HR and HSE Manager to join their business permanently.

Your new role
As the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for the HR function across the organisation, providing an informed, professional, and efficient service on all aspects of human resources management and strategy. Essentially you will partner with senior staff to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions in relation to organisational development, culture and change to deliver outcomes and manage issues. Due to the nature of the business you will also lead the correct and compliant application of Health and safety policies and procedures to support health, safety and employee wellbeing. Ultimately you will deliver programs and initiatives is closely aligned with direction of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you will be an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of HSE Functions along with:



  • You have direct experience creating, refining and implementing HR and HSE policies and procedures

  • Proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally with expertise in strategic development and execution across a range of human resources

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent) and experience in the management of human resources, workplace health and safety and organisational change.
